Compared to Rx products, OTC products are partly managed by a smaller sales force. Three employees can already cover the whole of Austria. This makes it all the more important to visit the right customers and to work out the optimal territory structure in order to achieve the desired frequency of visits, to optimize route planning and thus to reduce travel distances.
